Space Coast Health Centers’ (SCHC) Mission is to provide unconditional, culturally competent healthcare of the highest quality that reduces health disparities and improves health outcomes, regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.
Our Vision is to improve the health of the medically underserved in North Brevard county. Space Coast Health Centers does this by:
- Being responsive to improve patient access
- Providing preventative care
- Coordinating care with local agencies and healthcare systems
